FWIW The general opinion of my friends/neighbours is that the Bastide St Antoine is the best restaurant in the Grasse/Mougins/Cannes/Antibes area but that you pay appropriately.
The Moulin de Mougins suffered a few years of living of reflected glory but without living up to its reputation. But it has apparently improved and I'm told it has an excellent lunch prix fixe menu including wine which is (comparitively speaking) a bargain.
I should note that I haven't been to either so I can't say if these statements are true or not.
